WST has three different lines of business: software development, business process outsourcing, and business consulting.  Software development and business process outsourcing divisions are focused on providing services to companies in USA and Europe who want to take advantage of the lower offshore cost structure to reduce their cost of operations but are not willing or able to invest in a captive off-shore center.  Our approach is to become a long-term trusted partner of our clients wherein the dedicated WST team is closely integrated with the client’s team.  The clients are thus able to take advantage of the benefits of a captive center without assuming any of the associated risk.

Business consulting division is focused on offering consulting services to clients in India primarily in the areas of Supply Chain Management & After-market Service Management.

Flexible Engagement Model

Clients can chose from one of the following engagement models as per their need:

• Dedicated Team Model: We set-up a dedicated team which functions as an extension of client’s in-house team.  Team size can be as small as 1.  Client is billed monthly as per the hourly or monthly rates agreed.  This is suitable for companies with relatively small offshore teams who do not want to risk making an investment in a captive offshore operation.

• Build – Operate – Transfer Model:  Some companies want to set-up a captive offshore operation but are not willing to make an investment until they see the proof that it works for them.  For such companies, we can start with a small outsourced team and once the client is satisfied with the value received from the offshore team and establish their own operation, we transition the team to client’s center.  Client can chose to set-up the captive operation on their own or use our consulting services to establish the offshore center.  

• Time & Material Model: We provide an estimated quote and billing is done monthly based on the actual time spent and the expenses incurred.  

• Fixed Price Model:  We quote a fixed price upfront inclusive of all costs and billing is done monthly or on achievement of predefined milestones
